About the Role
Join our global team as a QA Automation Analyst, helping ensure the quality of our products through automated testing and thoughtful quality practices. You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to improve reliability, support faster releases, and assist customers when onboarding or production usage requires technical help.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated UI and API test suites
- Execute and improve manual testing efforts when automation coverage is not yet available
- Partner with engineering teams to identify defects, validate fixes, and prevent regressions
- Support product issue troubleshooting and help resolve technical bugs
- Assist with customer onboarding and provide production support as needed
- Collaborate with clients on complex technical questions to improve adoption
Requirements
- Experience with QA automation for UI and/or API testing
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and defect lifecycle
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product teams, and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
- Experience supporting customers or troubleshooting technical issues is a plus
