About the Role
We’re seeking a Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Field Specialist to help ensure projects are executed to established quality standards, customer requirements, and company expectations. You’ll support quality planning and verification activities across the project lifecycle while partnering with field teams, project leadership, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee quality planning, inspections, and audits throughout project execution
- Verify compliance with applicable quality standards, customer requirements, and internal procedures
- Collaborate with field teams and stakeholders to identify risks and drive corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement efforts to strengthen quality outcomes
- Maintain quality tracking and documentation to support reporting and traceability
Requirements
- Experience in construction, engineering, or a field quality control environment
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection processes, and compliance expectations
- Ability to manage scheduling, tracking, and quality-related workflows in the field
