About the Role
We’re seeking a Quality Technician to support the quality function across our Mobile Refurbishment process. You’ll help lead day-to-day quality activities, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and drive resolution of quality issues related to refurbished phones.
Responsibilities
- Oversee quality activities for the mobile refurbishment workflow
- Provide leadership and direction to support quality roles across the team
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve quality issues
- Support quality setup and process improvements tied to refurbished phone outcomes
- Apply statistical methods to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent quality certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO)
- Minimum of 4 years of job-related experience
- Thorough understanding of ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 standards
- Experience supporting ISO 9000 certification audits (beneficial)
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience using statistical process control and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) tools
