We’re looking for a detail-oriented Recruiter to support a growing childcare and nanny placement organization. This remote role focuses on matching qualified candidates with long-term positions by combining strong recruiting skills with reliable administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruiting for occasional and placement nanny roles
- Post openings and actively source qualified candidates
- Review resumes and screen applicants to identify best-fit profiles
- Conduct virtual interviews using Google Meet
- Coordinate candidate next steps and keep applications organized
Requirements
- Experience with high-volume recruiting or full-cycle talent acquisition
- Strong communication skills and comfort interviewing virtually
- Proactive, organized approach to managing multiple roles and candidates
- Ability to support administrative tasks while maintaining recruiting quality
