Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day recruiting operations to ensure timely, high-quality candidate sourcing and screening
- Lead, coach, and develop recruiting team members to improve performance and consistency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruiting activities with client and business needs
- Track recruiting metrics, identify gaps, and implement process improvements
- Support compliance and quality standards across recruiting workflows
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting operations and team leadership
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination)
- Ability to analyze recruiting performance metrics and drive improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
