About the Role

Fin is hiring a Commercial Relationship Manager to help grow and strengthen partnerships with businesses using our AI Customer Agent. You’ll be responsible for building trusted relationships, supporting commercial outcomes, and helping customers get maximum value from our always-on customer experience platform.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with commercial customers and partners
  • Understand customer goals and align them to product capabilities
  • Support onboarding and ongoing adoption to drive retention and expansion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience across channels
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and additional use cases

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer-facing commercial roles (account or relationship management)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort working with B2B software and complex customer environments
  • Ability to translate customer needs into actionable next steps
