About the Role
We’re seeking a Territory Manager to drive profitable sales growth across assigned geographies and key accounts. You’ll lead the execution of sales and marketing plans, strengthen customer relationships, and help expand distribution and penetration within your territory.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales and profitability targets by aligning with business and seasonal account plans.
- Use existing account relationships to increase distribution and grow penetration in current accounts.
- Advance sales strategies and solutions while staying aligned with product direction and brand vision.
- Assess the territory market landscape to identify trends and recommend growth opportunities.
- Provide regular business updates and reporting, including sell-in/sell-through performance and competitive insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in territory or account-based sales with measurable results.
- Strong ability to analyze market conditions and translate them into actionable plans.
- Comfortable presenting business updates and performance reporting.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal partners.
