About the Role
As a Renewals Account Executive, you’ll manage client renewal conversations, identify expansion opportunities, and help ensure an excellent customer experience. Using a consultative, relationship-focused approach, you’ll learn each business’s unique needs and connect them with the most suitable financing solutions across a group of lenders, including Fora Financial.
Responsibilities
- Engage existing customers by speaking with business owners and their representatives to understand capital needs
- Match customer requirements to appropriate financing options to drive renewal business
- Build and maintain your own book of business through ongoing outreach to merchants (no cold calling)
- Gather relevant information during daily conversations to support accurate recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a smooth, customer-first renewal process
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role
- Strong active listening and consultative communication skills
- Ability to manage a pipeline and drive renewals with existing customers
- Comfort working with business clients and translating needs into solutions
