About the Role
Worldwide Sales and Solutions (WSS) helps customers and partners securely transform with Microsoft Cloud, AI, and Windows. Within WSS, Windows and Devices Sales (WDS) brings together the teams that build, market, and sell Windows and device solutions worldwide.
In this role, you’ll support the go-to-market efforts for retail platforms by partnering with internal teams and a broad ecosystem of device partners—including OEMs, distributors, resellers, ODMs, and silicon providers—to help deliver innovative AI-powered device and cloud experiences to every market and segment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical marketing activities to support retail platform strategy and partner readiness
- Collaborate across device partner ecosystems and internal stakeholders to bring solutions to market
- Help develop and communicate value propositions for AI-powered devices and cloud experiences
- Support sales and solutions teams with technical enablement materials and customer/partner messaging
- Contribute to initiatives that drive revenue and share growth through secure, scalable customer experiences
Requirements
- Experience in technical marketing, product marketing, or a closely related role
- Strong ability to work with technical stakeholders and translate technical concepts into clear messaging
- Comfort collaborating with ecosystem partners (OEMs, distributors, resellers, ODMs, or similar)
- Demonstrated understanding of go-to-market processes and sales enablement
