About the Role
Mobily is a nationally authorized AT&T retailer, and we’re looking for a Retail Sales Consultant (RSC) to help customers find the right wireless solutions. This role is built for people who want to grow their earnings through performance-based commissions and advance into leadership over time.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in-store to understand needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Build rapport and deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
- Meet and support sales goals using the tools and training provided
- Stay current on promotions, devices, and service offerings to guide customers confidently
- Maintain a professional, organized retail presence and follow store processes
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a retail environment and engaging customers throughout the day
- Motivated by commission and goal-based performance
- Willingness to learn and apply product knowledge through provided training
