About the Role
Reddit is seeking a Revenue Growth & Strategy Partner to help drive high-priority commercial opportunities. You’ll partner with senior Sales leadership to sharpen revenue strategy using analytical rigor and first-principles thinking, then translate those insights into operating models that scale.
Responsibilities
- Advise senior Sales leaders on revenue growth strategy and commercial planning
- Apply data analysis and structured thinking to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives
- Translate strategic priorities into repeatable, scalable operating models
- Partner cross-functionally to align on execution, metrics, and performance improvements
- Support decision-making through clear reporting, modeling, and actionable insights
Requirements
- Experience partnering with Sales leadership on revenue strategy and growth initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with comfort working with performance data and metrics
- Ability to build operating models and translate strategy into execution
- Excellent communication skills to present insights and recommendations clearly
- First-principles mindset and strong problem-solving approach
