About the Role
We’re seeking an HR Compliance and Training Specialist to coordinate training and staff development for Security Officers, Supervisors, and other personnel. You’ll help ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and company requirements, including DCJS standards, while supporting key HR compliance functions. Occasional travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure training and onboarding programs meet DCJS and client contract requirements
- Maintain accurate training records, reports, and supporting documentation
- Support HR compliance initiatives, including investigations and FMLA/ADA administration
- Coordinate DCJS training requirements and compliance activities
- Assist with additional security-related tasks as needed
Requirements
- Experience in training and HR compliance
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain organized documentation
- Ability to coordinate training schedules and ensure requirements are met
Compensation
- $50,000–$52,000 annually
