About the Role
Join the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LaDOTD) as a Right of Way Supervisor for Region 03. In this role, you will oversee high-responsibility right of way work supporting statewide project development and contract letting goals. The position operates under the broad supervision of a Right of Way Manager and coordinates activities performed by right of way consultants and Right of Way Section staff.
Note: This position will be filled as a promotion and is open only to DOTD permanent status employees.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage one of five Right of Way Regional Offices for Region 03.
- Oversee Right of Way Acquisition, Relocation Assistance, and Property Management programs and activities.
- Support statewide project development initiatives and help drive contract letting objectives.
- Provide leadership and coordination for consultants and internal Right of Way Section employees.
Requirements
- DOTD permanent status employee (promotion-based opening).
- Experience managing or supervising right of way-related programs and activities.
- Strong ability to lead teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
