About the Role
We’re seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to serve as a dedicated PMO resource for Supply Chain and Logistics initiatives across the Lanco Group of Companies. You’ll lead project execution and governance while driving continuous improvement across core supply chain functions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end supply chain project activities across procurement, logistics, inventory management, distribution, transportation, and strategic sourcing
- Operate as the central point of accountability for project ownership, action management, delegation, and timely delivery
- Use JIRA as the primary project management platform to track progress, manage tasks, and support execution discipline
- Ensure governance, reporting, and operational excellence through structured project controls
- Support supplier development efforts and cross-functional initiatives that improve performance
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement across supply chain operations
- Evaluate and support adoption of emerging technologies, AI-driven solutions, and automation to enhance supply chain outcomes
- Help integrate new solutions with Epicor ERP where applicable
Requirements
- Proven experience managing supply chain, logistics, or procurement projects in a PMO or project leadership capacity
- Strong working knowledge of JIRA for project planning, tracking, and execution
- Ability to drive accountability and governance across multiple initiatives and stakeholders
- Experience with supply chain domains such as inventory, distribution, transportation, and strategic sourcing
- Familiarity with ERP ecosystems, including Epicor ERP (preferred)
- Comfort evaluating technology and automation opportunities, including AI-enabled solutions (preferred)
