About the Role

As a Safeguards Enforcement Analyst on our Account Abuse team, you’ll design and run enforcement workflows that protect our products from harmful activity. You’ll help improve how we identify and mitigate account compromise while reducing false enforcement when legitimate and abusive actors appear similar in the data.

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and operationalize enforcement workflows focused on account takeover and credential abuse
  • Detect and distinguish compromised-account behavior from platform-abusing actors
  • Investigate abuse patterns involving stolen credentials and leaked keys
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine detection signals, enforcement logic, and reporting
  • Monitor enforcement outcomes and iterate to minimize collateral impact

Requirements

  • Experience working with trust & safety, abuse prevention, fraud, or enforcement operations
  • Strong analytical skills for investigating ambiguous or overlapping user behavior
  • Comfort working with large-scale data and developing practical enforcement approaches
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
