About the Role
Endureed is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the US sales team and the VP of Global Sales. In this hands-on role, you’ll provide administrative coordination and customer support across residential and Strategic Partner (SP) channels, helping the team stay organized, accurate, and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day sales operations to keep workflows moving smoothly and on time
- Provide administrative support for the VP of Global Sales and the broader US sales team
- Track requests, follow up as needed, and ensure details are accurate across channels
- Support customer communications and help resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain clear organization and documentation so nothing falls through the cracks
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through without repeated prompting
- Comfort working with structure and clear expectations
- Experience supporting teams through coordination, tracking, and administrative work
- Availability for occasional on-site work (as needed) in Lake City, FL
