About the Role
Join Aditya Birla Capital’s Sales Leadership Program (SLP) and fast-track your path into sales leadership. This role is for post-graduate candidates who want to build a long-term career in the sales and distribution channels across Aditya Birla Capital business lines.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of financial products and achieve targets outlined in the goal sheet
- Apply marketing strategies to sell financial products effectively
- Ensure strong pre- and post-sales support for customers and clients
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners to align with their needs
- Support manpower planning, team management, and ongoing development of deliverables
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM with specialization in Sales & Marketing or BFSI
- 0–3 years of prior experience
- High professionalism and motivation to perform in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to deliver results in demanding settings
- Willingness to work from assigned locations and travel regularly within the zone/region
- Strong learning agility and interest in building a long-term sales career
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: INR 900,000 per year (Year 1 fixed: INR 700,000)
- Assured bonus of INR 100,000 after completion of 1 year (performance-based)
- Joining bonus of INR 100,000 in the first month’s salary (recoverable if the program leaves within the first year or is not confirmed due to performance)
- Year 2: move to sales incentives plan for the respective line of business
