About the Role

We’re seeking a consultative, results-driven Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of B2B clients. In this role, you’ll build trusted relationships, understand customer needs, and act as a strategic partner to drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an active B2B client portfolio with a strategic approach
  • Build long-term, high-trust relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account value
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and ongoing account growth
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technology, marketing, product, and others) to deliver outcomes
  • Track deliverables, KPIs, and account performance through consistent follow-up
  • Spot improvement opportunities in customer processes and results

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing account management roles
  • Strong ability to understand client needs and translate them into action
  • Proven track record of driving retention and growth within B2B accounts
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with technical and business teams
