About the Role
We’re seeking a consultative, results-driven Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of B2B clients. In this role, you’ll build trusted relationships, understand customer needs, and act as a strategic partner to drive measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an active B2B client portfolio with a strategic approach
- Build long-term, high-trust relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account value
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and ongoing account growth
- Coordinate with internal teams (technology, marketing, product, and others) to deliver outcomes
- Track deliverables, KPIs, and account performance through consistent follow-up
- Spot improvement opportunities in customer processes and results
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing account management roles
- Strong ability to understand client needs and translate them into action
- Proven track record of driving retention and growth within B2B accounts
- Comfort working cross-functionally with technical and business teams
