About the Role
Roblox is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us attract and hire exceptional engineering talent. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines, improve the recruiting process, and support teams as they scale.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from intake and sourcing through offer and close
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using proactive sourcing and targeted outreach
- Partner with engineering leaders to define hiring needs, role requirements, and interview strategy
- Evaluate candidates and guide them through a positive, timely recruiting experience
- Continuously improve recruiting workflows, metrics, and sourcing approaches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools and processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using recruiting metrics to drive decisions
