About the Role
Turner Construction is seeking a Scheduling Manager to help drive successful delivery of complex commercial construction projects in our Kansas City office. With a legacy of major projects and a commitment to an inclusive culture, you’ll play a key role in keeping schedules accurate, teams aligned, and milestones on track.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules to reflect current scope, resources, and milestones
- Coordinate with project leadership, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to support schedule alignment
- Track progress, identify schedule risks, and recommend recovery plans when needed
- Prepare schedule reporting and communicate impacts clearly to drive timely decision-making
- Support planning efforts across project phases, including resource and sequencing considerations
Requirements
- Experience managing construction project schedules (including updates, analysis, and reporting)
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path concepts, and schedule risk management
- Proficiency with scheduling tools and reporting methods used in the construction industry
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively across teams
