About the Role
Join Enterprise IT Operations as a Senior Analyst within TechEx, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Hub Sites. This role expands beyond core deskside and support work by adding operational responsibilities that improve end-to-end service delivery. You’ll have greater access to systems and tools to complete transactional tasks that previously required engineering involvement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced deskside and remote support using independent analysis and sound troubleshooting judgment
- Resolve technical issues in a timely manner while maintaining a strong customer-first experience
- Own operational service tasks and coordinate as needed to keep service delivery running smoothly
- Leverage increased system access to execute support transactions efficiently
Requirements
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze issues independently
- Proven deskside and remote support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset and professionalism in user interactions
- Comfort working with IT systems and tools to perform operational support tasks
