Responsibilities

• Support financial reporting and accounting activities across the firm
• Assist with FP&A initiatives, including forecasting and performance reporting
• Help ensure compliance with applicable policies and reporting requirements
• Contribute to process improvements and operational initiatives
• Collaborate across teams to support business goals and deliverables

Requirements

• Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience supporting FP&A or finance planning and analysis activities
• Comfort working with finance systems and improving processes
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt as responsibilities evolve
