About the Role

Join RCLCO as a Senior Associate, Accounting & Finance, supporting a newly created role across accounting, financial reporting, and operational initiatives. This position offers hands-on exposure to core finance functions, FP&A, compliance, and systems work, with frequent collaboration across teams.

This role is based in Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., Denver, or Remote, and responsibilities will grow as business needs and process improvements evolve.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounting activities and support accurate financial reporting
• Contribute to FP&A efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Support compliance-related tasks and internal control initiatives
• Help improve finance processes and support operational reporting needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support audits, reporting, and finance systems administration

Requirements

• Experience in accounting and/or finance with a strong understanding of financial reporting
• Comfort working across FP&A, compliance, and operational finance initiatives
• Ability to adapt as responsibilities expand in a newly created role
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration across teams
