About the Role

Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into clear system and process recommendations
- Partner with stakeholders to define and document functional workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze existing systems, identify gaps, and propose improvements to support growth and customer outcomes
- Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to ensure solutions are implemented correctly
- Support testing, validation, and rollout planning to drive reliable system changes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong ability to gather requirements and communicate them effectively across teams
- Experience working with enterprise systems and data-driven platforms
- Comfort with documentation, process mapping, and structured problem-solving
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
