About the Role
Press Ganey is seeking a Senior Consultant to help clients improve employee experience through experience measurement, data analytics, and actionable insights. You’ll partner with teams across complex industries to understand stakeholder needs, identify opportunities, and support improvement efforts that build long-term loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to assess employee experience needs and define success measures
- Analyze experience and engagement data to uncover trends, drivers, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and present recommendations that are clear, credible, and tailored to client goals
- Support implementation planning for experience improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality insights and client outcomes
Requirements
- Experience in employee experience, employee engagement, or related consulting/analytics work
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical recommendations
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to diverse stakeholders
- Comfort working with complex organizational environments and stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver outcomes in a client-facing setting
