About the Role
Chainguard is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary post-sales contact for our Federal customers. You’ll guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and long-term adoption—helping them realize value quickly while supporting compliance and reducing risk.
Responsibilities
- Own customer engagements from onboarding through implementation and ongoing adoption
- Act as the main point of contact for Federal customers, building strong relationships and trust
- Coordinate with Solutions Architects to align customer goals with technical delivery
- Drive successful outcomes by monitoring progress, surfacing risks, and ensuring follow-through
- Support customer enablement to strengthen usage and long-term retention
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a post-sales role
- Strong ability to manage customer relationships and guide adoption of technical products
- Experience working with technical teams (e.g., solutions or engineering) to deliver outcomes
- Comfort operating in a Federal-focused environment and collaborating on compliance-oriented needs
