About the Role
Everfox (formerly Forcepoint Federal) is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to help ensure customers achieve lasting value from our defense-grade cybersecurity solutions. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to support mission-critical deployments, drive adoption, and strengthen long-term customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the customer success strategy for assigned accounts, ensuring measurable adoption and sustained usage
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning product capabilities to mission needs
- Coordinate onboarding, health checks, and ongoing engagement to reduce risk and improve retention
- Identify opportunities for expansion and improvement based on customer feedback and usage insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to address issues, manage priorities, and escalate when necessary
- Maintain clear communication with customers on goals, timelines, and success metrics
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance (required)
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence outcomes with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting enterprise software or cybersecurity solutions is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset
