About the Role
Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America’s drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that move from concept to deployment with startup speed and real-world rigor. As a Senior Electrical Engineer II, you’ll take end-to-end technical ownership of electronics hardware across our product portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead electronics hardware development from concept through verification
- Design circuits and perform worst-case circuit analysis
- Own verification activities to ensure performance and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge design intent and deployment needs
- Drive engineering decisions with a high level of technical accountability
Requirements
- Experience designing electronics circuits for hardware systems
- Strong understanding of worst-case analysis and verification practices
- Ability to own technical work end-to-end and communicate clearly across teams
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, hands-on engineering environment
