About the Role
Lucid is seeking a Senior Field Quality Engineer to support quality activities for PWT drive units. In this role, you’ll help ensure our vehicles meet the highest standards by partnering across engineering, manufacturing, and field teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead field quality activities for PWT drive units, including issue identification, containment, and resolution support
- Analyze quality trends and drive corrective actions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Support root cause investigations and verification of fixes through structured problem-solving
- Coordinate with manufacturing and engineering stakeholders to ensure robust quality outcomes
- Document findings, track action items, and communicate status to relevant partners
Requirements
- Experience in automotive quality engineering, field quality, or reliability engineering
- Strong root cause analysis skills and familiarity with corrective action processes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across manufacturing and engineering
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes through data
