Senior Product Designer (Procure to Pay) | Hybrid Work Mode

About the Role

Zip is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help shape our Procure to Pay experience—designing workflows that bring procurement teams, tools, and suppliers together with the support of AI agents. You’ll partner with product, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered experiences for enterprise buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for Procure to Pay features, from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Translate complex procurement needs into clear, intuitive user journeys and interfaces
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define requirements, flows, and interaction details
• Develop design concepts, prototypes, and high-quality specs that align with product strategy and usability goals
• Use research and feedback to improve adoption, reduce friction, and elevate the overall experience
• Contribute to a design system and help maintain consistency across the product

Requirements

• Strong product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership
• Proficiency with Figma and the ability to create prototypes and production-ready designs
• Experience designing for complex enterprise workflows and data-heavy experiences
• Excellent collaboration skills and comfort working across cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and interaction design
