About the Role
Lantern is seeking a Senior GRC Engineer to help strengthen our governance, risk, and compliance capabilities. You’ll apply clear logic and structured thinking to support progress across security, compliance, and operational risk initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support GRC processes by helping define, document, and maintain governance and compliance controls
- Identify and assess risks, then help drive remediation and continuous improvement
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met and evidence is tracked
- Contribute to progress-focused planning and execution of GRC initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) or related security/compliance work
- Strong analytical skills with a logic-driven approach to problem solving
- Comfort collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
