Skillsoft is looking for a Senior Growth Account Executive to expand an existing territory with a hunter mindset and a strategic, solution-selling approach. You’ll help organizations understand their current skills, identify what they need next, and apply learning solutions that improve performance and drive measurable progress.
Responsibilities
- Grow and expand an assigned account territory using needs-based, relationship-driven sales
- Build and maintain an ambitious pipeline to support consistent over-quota performance
- Apply a consultative approach to sell solutions across a variety of industries
- Navigate complex organizations and engage multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Develop and execute account plans that align customer needs with solution value
Requirements
- Proven experience as an account executive with a strong track record of exceeding quota
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and drive revenue growth
- Experience selling into complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Comfort selling solutions using a needs-based, strategic framework
