About the Role
Redwood Materials is building a more sustainable battery supply chain by integrating recovery, reuse, and recycling to keep critical minerals in circulation. We’re seeking a Senior HR Business Partner who will partner with senior leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness and drive measurable workforce outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to executive and business leaders, advising on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness
- Use advanced HR expertise to influence business decisions and support sustainable performance
- Provide high-trust guidance on people priorities, including talent, capability building, and change initiatives
- Apply sound judgment and autonomy to manage complex HR topics and escalations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support scalable HR programs that align with business needs
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR leader supporting multiple stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate HR insights into business impact
- Deep knowledge of HR practices and employee relations considerations
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and partnership skills with leaders at all levels
