About the Role
Honeywell is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to develop and own HR and talent strategies aligned to corporate objectives. You’ll partner with site and regional leaders to drive transformational initiatives across talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
This role reports to the Sr. HR Director for the East Region and is based at our Palmetto, FL location.
Responsibilities
- Act as an HR partner to the site by providing guidance on employee relations and day-to-day HR needs
- Support talent acquisition and workforce planning efforts to help the business attract top talent
- Contribute to talent management and employee development initiatives that improve performance and growth
- Help enhance employee experience, engagement, and well-being through HR programs and practices
- Collaborate on organization development and effectiveness initiatives to strengthen culture and ways of working
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist in a fast-paced, business-partnering environment
- Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and HR policies
- Ability to influence leaders and support organizational change initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
