About the Role
Brooks is seeking a Senior Human Resources (HR) Technology Transformation Analyst to help modernize how our HR organization operates. In this role, you’ll partner with HR and technology stakeholders to evaluate current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the successful transformation of HR systems and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Analyze HR technology processes and workflows to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to define transformation requirements and success measures
- Support system and process changes by documenting current-state and future-state recommendations
- Assist with planning and execution of HR technology initiatives, including requirements gathering and validation
- Help drive adoption by ensuring stakeholders understand changes and expected outcomes
Requirements
- Experience working in HR technology, HR operations, or HR systems analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Comfort partnering cross-functionally with HR and technical teams
- Ability to document requirements clearly and manage details in complex initiatives
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
