About the Role
As a Senior Human Resources Representative, you’ll help coordinate HR services, policies, and programs to support business outcomes. You will report to the HR Supervisor and provide guidance on HR matters while supporting a range of HR projects as needed.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR administration by enforcing company HR policies and ensuring proper follow-up on procedures and documentation
- Prepare HR documents, maintain accurate records, and handle confidential information with discretion
- Produce monthly reports and respond to department-specific reporting requests
- Review and analyze HR data, reports, and related statistics to support operational needs
Requirements
- Experience in HR administration and HR documentation management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Competence with reporting, basic data analysis, and maintaining accurate statistics
- Professional communication skills and ability to advise stakeholders on HR processes
Schedule & Work Mode
- Full-time, regular position
- 100% onsite
- Monday–Friday, day shift
