About the Role
SMX is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to support cryptographic key management and COMSEC activities for enterprise mission networks. In this onsite role at Fort Bragg, you will administer Key Management Infrastructure (KMI), manage encryption-related equipment, and help ensure cryptographic accountability and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Administer Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) for mission network needs
- Issue, load, inventory, and maintain cryptographic keys with strict accountability
- Support COMSEC equipment management and related operational processes
- Maintain cryptographic records and documentation in accordance with established procedures
- Conduct security audits and compliance reviews to support mission assurance
- Assist with encryption lifecycle management and related device activities
- Provide Two-Person Integrity (TPI) support for Government COMSEC operations
- Troubleshoot encryption devices and help resolve network security issues
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly (per program requirements)
- Experience supporting cryptographic key management and/or KMI administration
- Knowledge of COMSEC operations and cryptographic accountability practices
- Ability to follow TPI procedures and other handling requirements
- Strong attention to detail for audit readiness and recordkeeping
