About the Role
Tria Federal is seeking a Senior Intel Ops Planner to support mission-critical planning efforts that strengthen health and safety outcomes for veterans, service members, and civilians. In this role, you will help translate intelligence and operational needs into actionable plans that support federal customers and emerging technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain intelligence operations planning artifacts to support operational objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to align planning assumptions, priorities, and timelines
- Assess operational requirements and recommend planning approaches that improve mission effectiveness
- Support briefings and documentation for leadership and customer audiences
- Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and information workflows
Requirements
- Experience in intelligence operations planning or related operational planning roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information into clear plans
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination and briefings
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment
