About the Role
FormativGroup is looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer to help build scalable, cloud-ready applications. You’ll work across backend and frontend technologies to design Java-based microservices, deliver modern web experiences, and support secure deployments in AWS environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Java microservices and service integrations
- Create and enhance modern user-facing web interfaces
- Integrate enterprise APIs and work with existing system capabilities
- Support cloud-native deployments and improvements within AWS
- Own end-to-end delivery across design, development, automated testing, and deployment
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges to maintain performance and reliability
Requirements
- Strong experience building full-stack applications with Java
- Hands-on experience developing microservices and integrating APIs
- Proficiency with modern web UI development
- Experience deploying and supporting applications in AWS environments
- Solid understanding of automated testing practices for enterprise software
- Ability to contribute to secure, high-performing solutions in a team setting
