About the Role
ASSYST is hiring a Senior Lead Full-Stack .NET Developer to support a client project in Tallahassee, Florida. This role is onsite and is ideal for a seasoned engineering leader who can design scalable systems and deliver full-stack solutions end to end.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, including C# and VB.NET
- Build and maintain web applications using ASP.NET (MVC, Web Forms) and related service technologies
- Design scalable application architecture and integrate systems across services
- Develop and consume REST APIs and work with data formats including JSON, XML, and HTML/CSS
- Collaborate with teams to deliver production-ready applications and support deployment
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet performance, reliability, and security expectations
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience as a lead full-stack developer
- Expert-level experience designing and developing scalable applications
- Strong production experience with .NET/C# full-stack development
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC/Web Forms, WCF, and Web API
- JavaScript framework experience (e.g., Angular, Knockout, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with REST, JSON, XML, HTML, and CSS
- Preferred: experience with Azure (hosting, identity, storage, and integration) and modern front-end development such as React
