About the Role
National Life Group is seeking a Senior Life & Annuity Compliance Analyst focused on advertising compliance. Since 1848, we’ve helped families plan for the future with stability and peace of mind. This role supports a growing compliance function in a collaborative, values-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate life and annuity advertising materials for compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards
- Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to ensure messaging is accurate, substantiated, and appropriately presented
- Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions to strengthen adherence
- Support ongoing compliance monitoring and documentation of review outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of advertising compliance processes and controls
Requirements
- Experience in insurance compliance, with a focus on life and/or annuity products
- Knowledge of advertising and marketing compliance requirements in the financial services/insurance industry
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional partners
- Professional judgment and a commitment to regulatory and ethical standards
