About the Role
Roku is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to help power our ad serving capabilities. You’ll work on machine learning systems designed for high performance and reliability, supporting real-time experiences for advertisers and viewers.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and iterate on ML models and pipelines for ad serving
- Improve latency, scalability, and reliability of real-time inference systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical solutions
- Monitor model performance in production and drive continuous improvements
Requirements
- Strong experience with machine learning and model development
- Proficiency building production-grade systems (data pipelines, training, and inference)
- Experience working with large-scale data and performance-focused engineering
