About the Role
Redwood Materials is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our self-perform electrical construction teams. You’ll partner with project management, infrastructure engineering, project controls, procurement, maintenance, and operations to drive successful delivery from preconstruction through project completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate electrical self-perform teams to support project schedules, quality, and safety goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases
- Partner with project controls to track progress, budgets, and reporting requirements
- Coordinate scope execution with engineering, procurement, maintenance, and operations to ensure buildability and operational readiness
- Support planning, estimating input, and execution strategies aligned with project milestones
- Ensure work is performed in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and internal procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience leading electrical construction or electrical self-perform workstreams
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and jobsite execution
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, procurement, and operations teams
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality in field execution
- Experience working through project lifecycle activities from preconstruction to completion
