As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager for Windows Field & Go-to-Market, you’ll help enable field readiness and drive execution excellence across the Windows partner ecosystem. You’ll translate global go-to-market priorities into practical guidance that supports scalable, customer-focused growth.
Responsibilities
- Turn worldwide GTM priorities into actionable partner and field marketing plans
- Drive execution excellence by aligning guidance, assets, and partner enablement to sales needs
- Infuse customer and partner insights into marketing growth bets and scalable omnichannel experiences
- Partner with internal teams to ensure investments are aligned and can be executed at scale
- Elevate the customer voice to help shape marketing strategies that improve partner outcomes
Requirements
- Experience in partner marketing, go-to-market planning, or field enablement within a B2B technology environment
- Strong ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable guidance for sales and partners
- Experience working with omnichannel marketing concepts and scalable execution
- Proven stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
- Comfort working with customer/partner insights to inform growth priorities
