About the Role
ezCater is the leading food tech platform for workplaces across the United States, helping organizations manage meal programs and meetings by connecting them with more than 125,000 restaurants nationwide. We’re seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join our Product Analytics team and use data to guide product innovation.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product Management, Design, User Research, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. You’ll also serve as a trusted thought partner within a strong peer group to tackle complex product and business questions.
Responsibilities
- Turn product and business questions into clear analytical approaches and actionable insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally to measure impact, understand user behavior, and inform product decisions
- Support stakeholders with analysis that improves product experiences and operational outcomes
- Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Contribute to building and refining analytics processes that scale with product needs
Requirements
- Experience in product analytics or a closely related analytical role
- Strong ability to work with data to answer ambiguous questions
- Excellent communication skills for partnering across teams
- Comfort collaborating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
