About the Role
Transak is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of our in-house risk engine. You will partner with engineering, data science, operations, and compliance to define and deliver a roadmap that improves fraud detection and strengthens risk mitigation across payment processing.
Responsibilities
- Own and advance the product roadmap for the risk engine and fraud detection capabilities
- Convert emerging fraud typologies into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes
- Analyze incident and trend data, and monitor live risk signals to guide prioritization
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of risk logic, including rule management, model integration, and case enrichment
- Lead vendor selection and evaluation for third-party risk intelligence tools
- Collaborate with Risk Operations to build case management and alerting workflows that improve analyst efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in risk, fraud, payments, or a related domain
- Strong ability to translate data and fraud patterns into product requirements
- Experience working with rule-based systems and/or machine learning model integration
- Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, compliance, and operations
- Track record of managing technical roadmaps and delivering in fast-moving environments
