About the Role
Join our engineering team to support capital improvement and infrastructure initiatives across a large, active studio campus. Reporting to the Chief Building Engineer, you’ll partner closely with the Program/Project Manager to help plan, execute, and close out projects that enhance campus operations and maintain critical building systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist with project planning, coordination, and day-to-day execution for capital improvement and maintenance efforts across the campus
- Support the Program/Project Manager with scheduling, tracking milestones, and coordinating deliverables
- Help manage project closeout activities, including documentation and handoff support
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to keep workstreams aligned and moving forward
- Contribute to a smooth, fast-paced working environment by maintaining organized project records and clear communication
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project engineering, or construction management (preferably in a large commercial campus, studio, or corporate setting)
- Working knowledge of building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
