About the Role
Quest Defense is looking for a cleared Senior Project Management Specialist to support planning, scheduling, task management, and operational execution in an advanced aerospace engineering environment. You will collaborate with engineering leadership and technical teams to turn technical inputs into clear, actionable execution plans within a classified setting.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain task sheets, integrated schedules, and Gantt charts to support program execution
- Track progress using action registers, operating-review inputs, and visual-management tools
- Identify dependencies, schedule risks, and mitigation actions to keep work on track
- Translate engineering team inputs into disciplined execution plans and follow-through
- Support structured problem solving and operational execution in alignment with customer expectations
Requirements
- Active U.S. SECRET security clearance or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to be eligible for nomination and access to assigned customer space
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, and task management (e.g., integrated schedules, Gantt charts)
- Strong communication skills to partner with engineering and technical leadership
- Comfort working in a classified environment with disciplined process adherence
