About the Role
SecurityScorecard is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to help build and operate reliable, high-performing systems that support cybersecurity ratings at global scale. You’ll partner with engineering teams to improve availability, reliability, and operational excellence across our platform.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure and automation to improve system reliability
- Monitor production services, investigate incidents, and drive root-cause analysis and remediation
- Implement SLOs/SLAs and use observability practices to guide reliability improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance deployment processes and reduce operational risk
- Maintain runbooks and improve operational readiness through continuous refinement
Requirements
- Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a closely related reliability/operations role
- Strong understanding of monitoring, alerting, and incident response
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and automation (e.g., IaC and CI/CD)
- Comfort working with production systems and troubleshooting complex issues
- Excellent communication skills to align with engineering and other stakeholders
