About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys tackling complex problems from fresh perspectives and collaborating with customers to deliver innovative solutions. In this role within the Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) Engineering & Architecture Group, you’ll help drive early-stage deliveries, strengthen technical capabilities, and partner with teams to shape engineering standards that support successful sales and delivery outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and build software solutions for complex, leading-edge customer engagements
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify needs, trends, and opportunities
- Contribute to innovative approaches, delivery playbooks, and engineering standards
- Support early-stage technical discovery and solution development
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a software engineer with a strong technical foundation
- Ability to solve ambiguous, complex problems and communicate tradeoffs clearly
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders
- Strong engineering judgment and a commitment to building high-quality solutions
